Welcome to harbortownculturaldistrict.org (the “Site”), operated by the Harbortown Cultural District (the “District”) in partnership with the City of Gloucester, Massachusetts. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. About the District

The Harbortown Cultural District is a state-designated cultural district recognized by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. It is administered through a public-private partnership with the City of Gloucester and is governed by a volunteer advisory committee. The District is not a separate legal entity or nonprofit organization.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about the District, its events, partner businesses, and cultural programming. You agree not to:

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement by the District or the City of Gloucester. The Site includes forms for contacting the District, volunteering, proposing projects, and subscribing to newsletters. 8. Events and Programming

The District organizes and promotes events throughout the year, including From the Deep, Gloucester’s So Salty, and other cultural programming. Attendance at District events is at your own risk. The District and the City of Gloucester are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained at events unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the District or City.

Events may be modified, postponed, or cancelled due to weather, public safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The District does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
